Jana Rothwell the Founder and CEO of Marigold Art Studio Inc.

Jana finds passion in using her endless imagination to teach and create art that captivates people of all ages. She strives to empower others to grow, and to follow their dreams. She is creative, gentle, sensitive, kind, compassionate, intuitive, and wise. She connects deeply with children and animals because of their innocence, authenticity and limitless imaginations.

She has the unique ability of seeing the best and the potential in everyone she meets. Jana is a free spirit, continually learning and growing, always ready to share her creative ideas and stories, and never afraid to laugh at her own silliness.

Jana has a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the University of Guelph, a Graphic Design Diploma from Algonquin College, a decade of graphic art experience on the marketing team at the National Art Centre, years of experience at other local high tech companies, as well as having run her own Graphic Artist and Illustrating business. Jana also has years of teaching ESL to children living in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, elementary and secondary supply teaching and of course teaching art workshops to all ages.

Jana has her up-to-date police check, and Emergency First Aid, CPR + AED certification.
